The message to take away from this: 45, and 49 Republican Senators thought 15m more Americans without healthcare cover was an improvement.

And then the Disabled People Destroy SF kickstarter funded. Sweet!

The Trumpcare vote is definitely good news - far too close for comfort, and they're going to do everything they can to screw people over, but at least, they've lost *that* one.

And now to fight for the NHS. Sigh.

They rejected the essay ideas for the current personal pieces, but there's an open call for both fiction and non-fiction due next year and I'm planning to submit to both. (And hoping they have ...Destroy Fantasy as a stretch goal, because there's a story I'm working on).
