I was talking to my sister earlier, who's just had her second appointment with a physio.

"She only has one arm. How did I miss that the first time?"

From her description she's wearing a cosmetic prosthesis, but missing noticing it when she's giving you a physical examination is impressive.

In less amusing news it turns out she has managed to give my brother-in-law Covid, but it doesn't seem like it's a severe strain and he's been offered anti-virals. Just as long as she hasn't given it to my mother, fingers crossed.

That's interesting, I've just done the latest RAMP survey (mental health during Covid), and there's a new set of questions (or ones I've not triggered before) that are clearly looking at sleep and dreaming, and what looks like this reported Covid side-effect of losing the physical inhibition on moving to match your dreams. (I only came across that earlier this week, not certain how long it's been recognisably a Covid thing).

Interestingly, on top of the 'how much sleep are you getting?' and 'are you dreaming more', there's also "I sometimes have very vivid dreams" and "My dreams frequently have an aggressive or action-packed content', which has always been true for me.

(Headed North in the morning, so online presence for the next fortnight is likely to be limited).
