Sep. 14th, 2015 05:03 amHomework done - 2000 words chopped out of the 13,500 of my first two chapters.
Got a slightly worried 'are you okay' from KT as I hadn't checked-in in a couple of days - too busy working! I'd just finished the first pass when she came up on chat, gave myself an hour break, then went straight back in looking for stuff I'd missed (there was quite a lot). I think that adds up to pretty much 12 hours work today.
Been concentrating on tagging speech today, or rather giving the reader sufficient cues you don't have to tag it, which strikes me as a pretty good exercise whatever the context.
Tomorrow KT line edits Chapters 1 + 2 (or tells me I completely misunderstood what she wanted done), while I have a look at deleting the extra POVs she's convinced me I don't need.
