Grr, headache,,,

Two hours sleep and I wake up this morning with a stabby-stabby-in-the-back-of-my-eye sinus headache, oh joy.

And with just enough photo-sensitivity that I've spent the day with a hand clamped over my right eye.

I kept going while my (unexpectedly) visiting friend was up and about and chatty, but headed straight back to bed the instant he left for the airport. I'm a lot better for having had more sleep. but still feeling vaguely nauseous nearly 18 hours on from the onset.

I used to get these regularly when I was working for Evil Aerospace, but haven't had one for ages. Stress from all the booking and travel arranging I was doing last night?

Do you get PoTS symptoms at all? Asking because I've had a bunch of proto-migraines today.

Not definitively, occasional racing heartbeat on standing is about the closest I come. And I really don't get severe headaches at all often. When I was getting them semi-regularly at work I thought the smoking gun was likely to be allegies rather than anything bendy-related, though looking back stress was likely a factor.

It's probably three or four years since the last one, so I can't really complain. (Well I can, but in comparison to the couple a week my mother used to get it's trivial)
