Attacked the hay meadow (aka my back lawn) with the strimmer. I hadn't intentionally set out to do No Mow May, but after most of the month away (and not mowing before May) some of the grass was chest height.

As a result of No Mow May discovered I now have what appear to be two bee orchids growing in the middle of my lawn. Amateur naturalist friend says this is a thing that needs recording.

Strimmed my shin. *headdesk*
