davidgillon | Spoilt for Christmas choice

Next door neighbours just knocked on my door offering me a complete Christmas dinner. Lovely gesture, but I wish they'd checked earlier (we haven't bumped into each other in a couple of weeks), because I had to tell them I was completely stuffed having just done a virtual Christmas dinner with my family (and Alexa).

Amazingly I managed the cooking without any issues, but I need to work on portion size. I'd deliberately cooked an extra helping of veg to go in the fridge for tomorrow, but given the amount left over it looks like I probably have enough for two more meals, or even three.

Stuffed now, so, speaking of veg, I'm going to go vegetate on the sofa for several hours.
