Visible on the bookshelves behind Boris Johnson as he told a group of schoolchildren the exams fiasco was the fault of "a mutant algorithm", were : "The Twits", "Betrayed"; "Resistance", "Fahrenheit 451", "The Subtle Knife", "Glass Houses", "The Toll" (about a monstrous dictator) and "Guards, Guards".

Might even have just been the kids, not the teachers or librarian.

In addition to the ones noted in the article, I see "The Lord of the Rings" peeking over his shoulder, though the Tory directorial decision to merge the Sauron and Gollum characters in the person of Dominic Cummings is still controversial among fans.

Sadly the school library responsible for the display of books behind Boris has revealed it was actually a comment to the school's senior management before they left in February. https://www.theguardian.com/books/2020/aug/28/librarian-books-boris-johnson-school
