The Government They Deserve
Jun. 24th, 2016 01:58 pm There is a line, I think by Heinlein (seldom my favourite political thinker) that seems somewhat appropriate today: the advantage of democracy is that people get the government they deserve.
But dammit, that ignores the millions of us who'll be getting a government we don't deserve.
