Deficient Communication

Go for Vitamin B12 injection as my bloodtest came up deficient.

Nurse: I'm actually not sure whether I'm supposed to be talking to you about the possibility of injections, or doing them.

Me: I was under the impression I'd be getting the first injection today.

Nurse: Okay, so did you bring the injections along, or haven't you picked up the prescription yet?

Me: No one even mentioned a prescription.

Nurse: Ah. That's okay, it's why we keep spares. I suppose I'd better do you a prescription for doctor to sign then.

Intra-practise communication is not what it might be

And being B12 deficient may explain why I don't seem to have much energy at the moment.
