Facebook just took down the post in which I mentioned being plagiarized. Apparently it violates their standards on bullying and harassment. Seriously?!?

I think it's only the one in the RPG group, I posted it in two other places, which makes me heavily suspicious that the plagiarizer has reported me. Did I upset the big bad soldier's feelings?

Facebook has no problem with a man calling a woman any misogynist slur in the book, but if she points out that he has done this, Facebook has a problem with that.

Yeah, as my issue goes, it's nowhere near as egregious as many FB screwups.

I've heard of FB being really stupid about how it enforces its policies, so while I'm not surprised per se, I am outraged on your behalf.

I don't know if this would be a good idea, but I would be tempted to report the big bad soldier to his commanding officer for plagiarism and bullying.

Let's just say I've been tempted enough to google him and have a fairly good idea of which unit he's attached to. I'm not planning to at present, but that is subject to change if he does anything else.

Arguably I actually should do that as his evasions raise serious questions about whether he should hold any kind of security clearance.
