davidgillonI'm not sure it will make the 25% difference in bottom line the lede promises (and obviously she's actually riffing on an internet meme), but otherwise I can't fault it. I've added a comment noting why I never buy anything from the two (now one) bookshops that Rochester High street has/had - because being able to get into the damned shop is pretty fundamental to the act of buying!
