Fascinating Guardian article logs when companies effectively stop paying women if all salaries are assumed equal.

The first company to stop paying shows up in February.
* The UK introduced a requirement for all companies with over 250 employees to report gender pay gaps annually. The first year's reports were due in by yesterday.

I'd call that a bug, not a feature.
