Just heard from my mother we had family friends in the Manchester Arena on Monday night - mother, teenage daughter, teenage friend.

Thanks. I was surprised how differently it affected me. They're really my mother's friends, though their husband/father and I were close as kids, but actually knowing someone you can put a face to was there is qualitatively different.
