I wasn't too fond of them back when I was using crutches - they really have taken the worst of a bus service and turned it into a train, but the access really is token - the wheelchair space is also the buggy space is also the baggage space, and I'd never noticed before how narrow the aisle is at the top of the steps, but it really is just big enough to get a standard wheelchair onto - I wonder how many they've had go up one set of steps and straight down the other!
