Terror because our governor is proposing to destroy our state's supports and health care for disabled people PDF. Among many other useful institutions, he's trading county-based regional care managers for one statewide for-profit. Chances are excellent that for-profit will be another tentacle of the monster you're dealing with. (But we won't know in advance. Scott Walker's modus operandi is act first [in midnight, unnoticed sessions] and inform later. He never spoke of destroying unions in his campaign, but has managed to eliminate all those for public employees and many private-employee as well.)
