Now I've looked at the thread again, he confirms he was talking about 'high net worth individuals' in the message I replied to (though reverses the direction the discrimination is implied to run in).
@mythosoph - I guess I was not clear enough. Discrimination comes in many shapes and sizes. The fact that high net worth individuals have a different legal system than the rest is one example of discrimination I used. I am not sure what was not clear in the context of post.
