Well, I don't recall waking up screaming, so hopefully it wasn't.
I'm now wondering whether I may have subluxed* my hip while sleeping, I've done it a handful of times in the past. While sleeping would be new, but after overstressing the joints might fit.
* Partially dislocated.
And completely unwisely I spent rather too long in the garden again today - the guy booked to fix my garden gate, when he has time, was doing some work next door so I was deliberately cultivating him to ensure he thinks of me first when he has a few hours spare.
