Yeah. AI may be powerful, but it's not very efficient. And what it's very powerful at is mimicry, but it has no context. And it can build bigger cargo cults better and faster than humans ever could. We don't need to be afraid of SKYNET, just an internet astroturfed with misinformation autogenerated from your fave AI, that looks just plausible enough to mislead.
