The US numbers are being broken down by state, and then by city, town, and/or county: for the outbreak in Washington state they were saying both "King County" and "Kirkland" (a town in that county). Here in Massachusetts, there are several cases in Middlesex county, where I live, and at least some cities and towns are being more specific, if a case means an elementary school being closed for a day for extra cleaning while someone is in quarantine at home.
