That really is infurianting. I used to be well-disposed towards employers that had the Two Ticks because although it doesn't affect me directly, I had a strong preference for working for orgs that do value disabled employees. So I feel a fool for thinking that companies actually had to do something to get the badge, rather than saying they would and then not doing anything.
