Well, I went out, and I did some shopping as well, but I didn't go to get my hair cut, which I really need to do, because if I got stuck in a barbershop conversation about it I was going to say something unfortunate.
The one thing that really stood out for me today was all the non-white people on the streets, who are so much a part of our community, but who have no chance of passing and must be worried about what the future will bring.
I was waiting for a friend at Manchester's busiest train station yesterday morning and absolutely detesting all the people who a) were able to seem so normal going about their day and b) statistically, were more likely than not to have voted to fuck me and all of us over.
