"Ryanair filed an accompanying one-page report alongside its gender pay gap report in which it stated: “It is a feature of the aviation industry that more males than females choose to enter the pilot profession.” The company did not outline any steps it planned to take to close the gender pay gap."
I'd call that a bug, not a feature.
