b) I'm neurodiverse too - PTSD; anxiety; chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia both affect short term memory and executive function, and I have a lot of ADHD symptoms which are *probably* due to my meds and my chronic fatigue, but who knows.
(I actually got a script for ADHD meds from a psychiatrist, but haven't taken them because they can cause insomnia and anxiety, two things I already have a lot of trouble with.)
