The friend who pointed it out is planning to put in a Freedom Of Information Request for the Equality Impact Assessment tomorrow. I'm betting they either haven't done one, or they have and they never thought about the impact of stuff like steep hills.

And I've had to change my mind again on whether or not there are new spaces listed. I now think it's a sneaky mix of ones that are new-ish, the ones they're relocating, and half a dozen that may be new - but two of those are the ones at the top of the steep hill!
