No grab bars, I did use a vertical grab handle for a while, but didn't replace it when its rubber sucker gave out. I'm mostly lucky in being able to do stuff like getting out of the bath without issue, it's doing anything for longer or repetitively that becomes an issue.

Annoyingly nearly ended up triggering the same backache last night, but was able to find my electric heat pad in time to stop it worsening, though I didn't exactly sleep well.
