In other news, how could you fail to mention that the parliamentary guards, in addition to hob-nailed boots and waggles, wear white tutus that drop around 4 cm below their asses. i for one believe the ubiquitous TSA "security" guards in the U.S. would definitely be improved if they wore middy shirts and blue plaid kilts.

Are there now visible armed police in the UK high streets?
