53 days of snow a year!
I'll take it! We're still in a drought from this spring and summer.
The snow is now that inch-thick turned to ice crust that can hang on for days - and as we're having completely clear night skies, it probably will.
I remain envious, although I also don't have to shovel. Autumn and winter were my favorite seasons and both have been hammered by climate change.
I don't envy the folks in Scotland they're forecasting -17C/1.5F for tonight!
It hasn't been anywhere near that cold this winter so far. The night of the solstice, it got down to 15 °F/-9.4 °C.
