They've been borrowed for transport by Homeland Security, 'we just flew out of their jurisdiction' is one of the points that gets raised. I'd really like to find somewhere closer to Seattle that works just as well, but a mile's worth of open space, on a steep slope, with a road at top or bottom doesn't seem to be happening.
