This is a completely ridiculous amount of pain and suffering. I'm very very glad you got the rocket-fuel treatment in A&E. I was similarly well treated when I broke my ankle (in 3 places). I hope that patients coming in via ambulance are scheduled for a bay right away. Something about loud screams and squirting blood in the waiting room.

And here, really, is all the proof needed for the magic of IV morphine: Some people really shouldn't marry each other, they just emphasise their bad traits. Given the general level of chaos, pain, and neuro-orthoganality, it's amazing you could notice this.
