I poked Virgin on Twitter as well last night. #NoGoBritain is such a perfect hashtag when you're talking about accessible toilets.
According to their twitter rep I should have been offered either an upgrade or a later train.
That worked well then! Thought at least they do seem to have a policy for it.
I did get an apologetic reply from the MD, which might have meant something if it wasn't so clearly automated. It did help me decide to make it a formal complaint, though.
